Malta - Sliema - Valletta - Sliema Ferry Service -We used the Sliema - Valletta - Sliema Ferry Service during our visit to Malta in 2011 The Sliema / Valletta / Sliema Ferry is opperated by The Marsamxetto Steamferry Service Ltd. Tel: 2346 3862. We used the Valletta to Sliema journey to get back from the Fort St Elmo end of Valletta to save the steep climb back up to the Valletta bus station.

The Ferry Terminal on Valletta is by the water polo pitch below the St. Salvadore Bastion and German Curtain defensive wall. The Ferry Terminal in Sliema is on the promenade opposite Burger King where the Harbour Cruises dock. You get great views of Fort Manoel and Marsamxett Harbour from the ferry.
