The leaflet says "Time Travel Through 7000 Years" and really, if you make it one of your first stops in Malta, we don't think you won't be too disappointed, because at The Malta Experience you can get a brief potted history of Malta from the Stone Age up to the present. The show may prompt you and so give you ideas of the places you would like or even should visit. It is a 45mins show in an airconditioned auditorium with a selection for your desired language from a choice of 13. There is also a Gift Shop and a Cafeteria as well. Shows are held every day, every hour from 11.00 to 16.00. Sat, Sun and Public Holidays to 13.00pm only and from Oct-June just to 14.00 Mdina, the old capital which simply has its own show, the Mdina Experience. In Gozo the Gozo 360° is equally informative but a bit 'dated'.
